I really like the design of the creature here! It's very unique from other designs I've seen before! Great job! (:
I have a few suggestions though! Right now the creature here lacks any sort of legitimate anatomy. I advise that you look for reference photos of all the creatures you're combining and draw the parts more realistically. Also, the shading does a good job conveying where the darknesses is, but it looks all scribbly and unfinished. Try to smooth it out more for a more believable shading. Last thing I think would improve this would be if you drew the eyes more realistic. Right now you've got a creature that wants to look realistic but you gave it these anime-looking eyes that take away from it.
